If needed, finish activity for homework. Then start reading, "Andrew Jackson: Flamboyant Hero of the Common Man" by John F. Marszalek. (Portrait of America, vol 1. p. 215-229) Be prepared on Monday for a quiz or some type of writing based on the article. You may use notes, but not the article itself.

2. Discuss Political Cartoons
Read article. Test over Chapters 7 and 9 on Wednesday.
